What steel are the instruments made from?
AISI 420 German stainless steel (X20Cr13/X30Cr13), hardened and passivated. Cutters use tungsten-carbide (TC) inserts.
Can they be autoclaved?
Yes. Steam autoclave at 134 °C (3–4 min) or 121 °C (15–20 min). Clean ultrasonically, dry fully, open joints during sterilization and lubricate with instrument milk.
How does bulk pricing work?
Order 5–9 of the same instrument for 10% off, or 10+ for 15% off. The discount applies automatically in the cart.
Do you sell kits for students?
Yes — see Student kits. Schools can request a cohort quote.
Can I pay online?

Are you licensed by Health Canada?
Our MDEL application is in progress [placeholder]; we will publish the licence number here once issued.
What is your warranty?
Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, plus 12 months of free re-sharpening on TC cutters.
Do you ship outside Canada?
