30-day returns

Unused instruments in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For infection-control reasons, instruments that have been used or sterilized cannot be returned unless defective.

Defects & warranty

All instruments carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Defective items are repaired or replaced free of charge, including return shipping. TC cutters include 12 months of free re-sharpening.

Exclusions

Damage from cutting wire above rated capacity, dropping, chloride/bleach exposure or improper sterilization is not covered.
